Where we ship

Packio ships to the United States and to most other countries. Checkout shows whether we ship to your address.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to an address in the United States. For addresses outside the United States, a flat $15 per order is added at checkout, before you pay.

Customs and import charges

Packio pays any customs duties and import charges, wherever we ship. If a carrier asks you for one of these charges on delivery, email us and we will cover it.

Pre-order and payment

The Packio Travel Kit is sold on pre-order. You pay the full price when you place your order.

When your kit arrives

Your kit arrives within 12 calendar days of your order, wherever you are. The expected arrival date is shown on the product page before you pay. It ships straight to you, with tracking, and we email you the tracking number when it ships. A two-kit order ships together in one parcel, with one tracking number.

Cancel before it ships

You can cancel any time before your kit ships for a full refund. Email info@packio-us.com with your order number.

If your order is late

If we cannot ship your kit in time to meet the date we promised, we will email you as soon as we know, and before that date, with a new date and a choice: wait for the new date, or cancel for a full refund. Replying costs you nothing: just answer the email. If the new date is no more than 30 days later and you do not reply, we will ship on the new date. You can still cancel any time before it ships. If the new date is more than 30 days later, or we cannot give a date, we will cancel your order and refund you unless you tell us you want to wait.

Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled orders go back to the card or payment method you used, within 7 business days of the cancellation. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no delivery 5 days after the expected date, email us. We will send a new kit or refund you, whichever you choose.

Address problems

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your kit ships and we will correct it. If a kit comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will email you to arrange reshipping or a refund.
